These terms govern your use of the Elite MD Aesthetics website and services, including our SMS/text messaging program. By using our services or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

SMS / text messaging program

When you opt in, Elite MD Aesthetics will send appointment reminders and care-related text messages to the mobile number you provide. This is a recurring messaging program; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing.
